POCKET MYTH celebrates Dragon Boat with zongzi and fishing

Trainers — the Dragon Boat Festival event opens soon, with themed modes, limited rewards, returning rare Pokémon and new outfits.

1. Dragon Boat daily sign-in (June 19 – June 25)

Log in daily for the themed sign-in. Rewards include rare Pokémon random packs, Master Balls, SSR held-item selection packs, SSR universal held items, Golden Perfume, Bug Perfume, Lv4 Charm selection packs and UR TM random packs, plus Crystals, Gacha Tickets and stamina.

2. Sweet vs salty zongzi (June 19 – June 25)

Choose the sweet or salty zongzi faction — the choice is permanent. Make zongzi to raise your proficiency; high-quality zongzi can drop festival vouchers. When the event ends, factions are ranked by total points: the winning faction receives an exclusive title, avatar frame, chat frame and 2,000 Crystals; the losing faction still receives the full cosmetic set and 500 Crystals; a tie unlocks the winning rewards for everyone.

3. Fishing mode (June 19 – June 25)

A limited fishing mode: catch Magikarp and complete the required set for Crystals. Fishing also drops zongzi crafting materials.

4. Dragon boat race (June 19 – June 25)

Steer your boat, dodge obstacles and grab speed buffs to set a distance record. Free daily attempts; distance milestones pay out reed leaves, glutinous rice and fish coins, and the leaderboard adds Crystals, Pokémon shards and Gold.

5. Map treasure chests (June 19 – June 25)

Gen 1 towns refresh Bronze, Silver and Golden chests during the event. Higher-tier chests can drop ingredient selection packs, Gacha Tickets and Crown shards. Daily collection is capped; cumulative progress pays out Marshadow shards.

6. Two festival shops (June 19 – June 25)

Festival voucher and festival coin shops open at the same time, each trading event currency for rare upgrade items and limited resources.

7. Summer fishing (June 19 – June 25)

The fishing mode returns. Catch the Fish King to unlock the exclusive Koi Pass, which opens the Fish King shop: legendary shard selection packs, Silver Crown shard packs, Zygarde evolution stones, the Light of Return TM, Primal Groudon shards and Primal Crystal shards.

8. SP Pokémon return (June 19 – June 25)

Returning Pokémon include Primal Land Lord Groudon, Dark Mewtwo, Dark Ho-Oh, Dark Rayquaza, Full Moon Lunala and Winter's Gaze Kyogre. Primal Groudon also receives a skill update and can learn the new Trick and Dragon Tail TMs.

9. Flip-card carnival and Miraidon, June 19 to 22

The classic flip-card mini-game returns. Clear the final stage to earn Miraidon.

10. New limited outfits and mounts (June 20 – June 21)

New cosmetics for a limited time: the Gardevoir exclusive outfit, the Rainbow Spirit Deer effect and the Xerneas exclusive mount.
